We are now looking for a driven Residential Sales Representative to join our growing team and play a major role in our mission to become one of WA’s most recognised HVAC companies. Salary & Incentives We offer a strong, transparent, and realistic package : $110,000 base salary (Permanent Full-Time) Realistic OTE of $140,000+ per year (uncapped monthly commissions) Commissions are performance-based, not pressure-based We do not upsell or push unethical sales tactics, we focus on trust, accuracy, and long-term client relationships This structure rewards consistency, quality, communication, and leadership, not hard-selling completely opposite from our company values. About the Role This is an end-to-end sales role, ideal for someone ready to lead residential ducted air-conditioning projects from initial enquiry through to final handover. You will: Attend client homes and build instant rapport Complete precise, detailed, and competitive quotations Manage communication from start to finish Coordinate installation with our in-house team and subcontractors Oversee quality assurance and ensure jobs are delivered to a high standard Maintain momentum by following up leads and keeping workflow consistent Handle escalated customer concerns professionally when needed Support commercial estimating when required This role offers genuine flexibility. You will need to manage your time and schedule effectively and have experience in doing so. Some days you’ll be out quoting, others you’ll be in the office, and at times you’ll be on site with our install teams checking quality or supporting the workflow. About You You’ve gained practical experience on the tools or within a trade environment and want to step into a long-term sales career with genuine support and structure. Ideally you have: A Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning trade background, or strong WA trade experience Sales experience OR a genuine passion to learn sales, understand people, and hustle for great outcomes Excellent communication and rapport-building skills Strong organisation, attention to detail, and follow-through A problem-solving mindset and the ability to think quickly Leadership qualities and a team-first approach A desire for growth, both personally and professionally Pride in delivering quality, not just closing deals If you haven’t sold before but you’re hungry, driven, and teachable then this is your pathway.
