We’re currently looking for Drillers Offsiders to join our growing field operations team. In this role, you’ll support the safe and efficient operation of our drilling programs across remote exploration sites in Australia. About the role We are looking for a highly motivated Driller’s Assistant (Offsider) to join our field team at Earth AI on a 20 : 10 roster. This is a hands‑on, physically active role supporting the safe and productive operation of our drilling rigs. You’ll work closely with experienced drillers and field staff on remote exploration sites, gaining valuable experience while contributing to a new generation of low‑impact, tech‑enabled drilling systems. Key Responsibilities Support daily drilling operations by assisting with rod handling, core retrieval, and sample management Maintain a clean and safe drill site in accordance with company safety procedures and environmental standards Assist with rig setup, pack‑down, refuelling, and routine equipment maintenance Operate vehicles, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently Work collaboratively with drillers and Earth AI’s operations team to achieve drilling targets Participate in the development and implementation of low‑footprint, low‑impact drilling systems Provide feedback from the field to help improve logistics, processes, and hardware design Adapt to changing site conditions and contribute to a positive, solutions‑focused team culture Benefits and perks Exciting opportunity to pave a new way through a large, established but conservative industry.
