This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Geologist to contribute directly to the company’s success, where your work in advancing exploration programs will help shape the company’s future About the Opportunity Reporting to the Senior Exploration Geologist, this position is integral in contributing to Resource replacement and growth for Black Cat Syndicate responsible for the planning and execution of supervision of early-stage exploration programs at our various sites. About You Your success will come from thriving in a fast-paced environment, enjoying a balance of office and field work, taking a hands‑on approach to field activities, and contributing to exploration programs with energy, insight, and accuracy. You will need to have the below: Tertiary qualification in Geology or equivalent. Experience in exploration and/or production within Archean gold highly regarded. Knowledge of mineral systems and exploration targeting techniques including both Brownfield and Greenfields exploration. Experienced in executing drilling programs including hands‑on RC and diamond drilling experience. Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures, drilling and sampling practices and standard gold industry laboratory analytical methods. Understanding of the health and safety legislative and statutory requirements within the mining environment. High degree of computer literacy and highly developed skills with geological modelling packages (Leapfrog, Datamine, Surpac), and geostatistical software (Supervisor & Isatis - preferred).
