Business Development Manager – Evolve Scientific Location : Melbourne, Australia Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Our Evolve Scientific team in Melbourne is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to join the team, with a focus on the Scientificsectors . What You’ll Be Doing : Market Engagement : Proactively identify and connect with clients in the scientific sectors across the region. Client Relationship Development : Establish, maintain and expandstrong, long-term partnerships with key decision-makers and contractors . Strategic Growth Initiatives : Spearhead business development campaigns in collaboration with recruitment and marketing teams. Revenue & Solution Delivery : Drive commercial success by offering tailored recruitment and workforce solutions. Territorial Expansion : Contribute to NES Fircroft’s growth by unlocking new markets and client opportunities. What We’re Looking For : Relevant Experience : A Science Degree and at least 2years experience in business developmentor sales - preferably within a scientific sector. Sales Excellence : Demonstrated ability to close deals and deliver value-driven client solutions. Business Insight : Strong commercial awareness and negotiation capabilities. Team-Oriented Approach : Ability to work seamlessly across departments and geographies. Regional Flexibility : Willingness to travel and engage with clients throughout Melbourne / VIC or Interstate if required Professional Communication : Comfortable presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders.
