You're someone who doesn't just book appointments. You're driven by helping patients receive comprehensive care — not just filling slots in a diary. You're a quick learner with the right attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Managing 4 surgeries doesn't intimidate you — it energizes you. You're efficient yet personable, organized yet warm. You're also a team player who's willing to step in and help with sterilization when we have extra support on the front desk — because you understand that great practices run on flexibility and everyone pitching in. In other words… you're not just filling a position. You're building a destination practice. The Role Saturday shifts and late-night Thursdays included Front desk leadership — greeting patients, managing bookings, coordinating treatment plans Building exceptional customer retention through personalized care Creating memorable patient experiences that generate referrals Willingness to assist with sterilization duties when trained and when extra front desk support is available Working alongside an experienced and progressive clinical team Strong sales background — you understand how to present treatment options with confidence and care Exceptional customer service — you create "wow" moments, not just transactions No dental experience required — we'll teach you everything clinical you need to know Quick learner with a growth mindset Efficient multitasker who stays calm under pressure Genuine passion for helping patients achieve comprehensive care Team-oriented with a flexible, "roll up your sleeves" attitude The Environment Our new Ocean Keys practice is a blend of luxury, innovation, and comfort.
