| | || --- | --- || Workplace Location | Brisbane - West,Ipswich region |**About the role**The Program Officer will provide efficient and effective administration support to the Sustainability, Infrastructure and Assets Program Manager to ensure project initiatives are delivered on time and on budget.**About you**Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:* Ability to establish and support project governance by scheduling meetings and performing secretariat functions.* Experience working with project and program management schedules, reports, procurement and associated software programs.* Participation in the development and implementation of organisational processes that improve project governance, compliance and continuous improvement in project management.* Ability to assist with the planning, implementation and reporting for West Moreton Health capital projects.* Understanding of the risks and issues management relative to the undertaking of capital projects.**Mandatory Requirements:*** Pre-employment screening, including criminal history and discipline history checks, may be undertaken on persons recommended for employment.**About West Moreton Health**West Moreton Health is one of the most rapidly evolving health services in the south east corner, with a community growth expected to almost double to more than 588,000 by 2036.
