Head of Philanthropic Marketing & CommunicationsThis is an exciting opportunity to lift the profile of philanthropy and fundraising at the Royal Melbourne HospitalSalary up to $145,000 + five weeks annual leave and additional monthly paid day offJoin a supportive, passionate and experienced team in this newly created roleThe Royal Melbourne Hospital Foundation works with donors and supporters to generate fundraising and philanthropy for the RMH. We are proud to partner with our generous community to help advance health for everyone, every day.Your new role:Develop, deliver and monitor the success of fundraising appeals and campaigns to support important healthcare priorities for the RMH.Craft and deliver engaging philanthropy and fundraising communications across web, print, media and social channels for internal and external audiences.Collaborate across the Foundation team and the RMH to roll out innovative fundraising initiatives.Coach and mentor an Events Manager to deliver a suite of engagement opportunities for our community of supporters.About you:You are a highly experienced fundraising and marketing professional.You have extensive experience developing and delivering compelling fundraising communications, appeals and campaigns across multiple channels.You have demonstrated experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.You are a great team player, an experienced manager and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.Why work with the Royal Melbourne Hospital?Join a values-based organisation offering great opportunities for career diversity and professional development, as well as access to mentorship and leadership programs.Ongoing reward and recognition programs including monthly ‘You Made a Difference’ awards celebrating staff and teams across the organisation.Take advantage of an expanding employee benefits program, with comprehensive Health & Wellbeing programs to support work life balance, including onsite staff gym and staff vaccination program.Up to $12,000 tax free earnings with salary packaging options.Generous leave entitlements – five weeks annual leave per year (pro-rata for part time), additional monthly paid day off for full time staff.Central Melbourne CBD location – easily accessible via public transport.The RMH stands in solidarity with First Nations people in work and care.
