What You'll Do Lead and support the design, execution, and delivery of research projects in financial services, including customer behaviour, sentiment, market strategy, product innovation, and risk. Combine proprietary data, syndicated studies, and custom primary research to unlock client insights. Analyse and synthesise complex datasets (e.g. survey, macroeconomic, financial) to produce clear, actionable recommendations. Develop high‑quality client deliverables (presentations, reports, dashboards) that influence senior decision‑makers. Manage stakeholder engagement, working closely with cross‑functional teams and global offices. Contribute to business development by scoping new research opportunities and helping grow long‑term relationships. Who You Are 1‑2 years of experience in market research, consulting, or insights, ideally with exposure to financial services. Strong analytical capability, and experience working with quantitative tools (e.g., Excel, statistical software). Excellent communication skills; you can present complex findings clearly and compellingly. Curious, intellectually rigorous, and comfortable working across different markets and geographies. Self‑motivated, collaborative, and driven to add value for clients and for your team.
