About the Role We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Facility Manager (Director of Nursing) with demonstrated management and leadership qualities to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of Langford Grange, a 120‑bed residential aged care Home. You will lead and motivate all on‑site managers and staff to deliver the best in residential care and customer service. You will work to continually develop and improve the operations of the Home to ensure a high standard of care is maintained. Essential Requirements At least 2 years of experience in a similar position within the residential aged care industry. Proven management and leadership skills. Support for resident choice and decision‑making, including dignity of risk. Demonstrated experience meeting overall service budgets. Knowledge and experience with Aged Care Quality Standards. Knowledge of current Health and Safety practices, including COVID‑19. Knowledge and experience with continuous improvements and aged care legislation. Demonstrated ability to maintain maximum occupancy. Experience in meeting KPIs regarding agency staff usage, staff turnover and WorkCover claims. Working knowledge of AN‑ACC.
