Civil & Structural Foremen – Tullamarine Based | Full-Time Join a well‑respected, family‑run construction company delivering commercial structural and civil projects across Melbourne. We’re looking for experienced Foremen who can confidently lead teams, coordinate daily operations, work hands‑on with the crew, and ensure high‑quality work on every site. About the Role We are seeking a Civil Pavement & Structural Foreman to join our growing team. This role involves overseeing day‑to‑day site activities, managing staff and subcontractors, and ensuring each job is prepared correctly from start to finish. This is a hands‑on leadership position — you will be working alongside the staff performing concrete works as required, not just supervising. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, works proactively, and has strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage site teams and subcontractors Work hands‑on with the crew performing concrete and site preparation works Schedule works and allocate staff to daily project locations Organise and order concrete, reinforcement, formwork materials, and all required supplies Ensure all formwork, steel, set‑outs, levels, and falls are correct prior to pouring Oversee preparation and ensure sites are fully ready for concrete placement Maintain high quality standards and minimise errors or rework Read and interpret structural and civil plans confidently Communicate daily with staff and provide clear instructions Ensure trucks and vehicles are prepared with the correct tools/equipment for the next day Uphold strong safety practices across all worksites Mentor and support team members About You Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Structural or Civil Foreman role Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills Ability to work hands‑on and support the team during concrete works Confident managing multiple tasks and operating with minimal supervision Excellent understanding of commercial construction White Card (required) Working With Children Check (required) Current Driver’s Licence High attention to detail and workmanship Reliable, organised, and solutions‑focused Why Join Us?
