Overview Be the face of RAA, providing real time solutions to our members. This is a permanent part-time role, 9:30 am – 3:30 pm, three days per week (must include Friday). Commencement: November 24, Adelaide location. Your new opportunity Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? If so, we want you to join our team at the Adelaide RAA Shop. Reporting to the Adelaide & Mt Barker Shop Manager, you'll provide immediate and effective solutions to our members, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive and lasting impression. In addition, you will: Deliver outstanding customer service to members and customers. Become multi-skilled and able to provide information to new and existing members about all of RAA’s extensive products including Insurance and Road Service. Resolve inquiries promptly and efficiently. Utilise procedures and guidelines to make good business decisions for RAA and our members. Collaborate with a supportive and dynamic team. Plus much more, found in the position description here. Hours Permanent part-time role, 9:30 am – 3:30 pm, three days per week (must include Friday, other days are negotiable). About you You will be a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture. We are also looking for: A genuine passion for helping others. Proficient with the use of computers. Ability to build rapport with members and teammates. Solid attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing. Previous retail or customer service experience is essential.
