Full induction, training, and buddy system provided to set you up for success, including weekly and monthly team meetings targeted at developing your skills. In your new role you will manage a portfolio of clients with a psychological disorder, create and monitor rehabilitation plans, and aim to gradually return them to work. You will develop the skills needed to conduct motivational interviews with clients and influence stakeholders to achieve the best possible outcomes for your clients. Looking after a client portfolio, your day will include: Managing a portfolio of clients with a physical injury Completing initial assessments to better understand the injury, recovery time frames and return‑to‑work goals Visiting the workplace to assess environment and duties, and identifying suitable duties for the employer while the client recovers Providing support through recommendations for community assistance or additional support through the insurer Working within a multidisciplinary team to provide complex stakeholder management to support the recovery of an injured worker Documenting case notes as part of reporting and compliance requirements, applying clinical judgment to guide your clients to a safe return‑to‑work goal About You: General Registration with AHPRA or ESSA Tertiary degree as a Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist or Exercise Physiologist Car and valid driver’s license Police check or willingness to obtain a police check prior to commencement Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Pinnacle Rehab is an equal opportunity employer who encourages applications from suitably qualified candidates from all cultures, ages, religions and genders.
