Our Client : Our client is a rapidly growing construction company who specialise in restoration and rebuilds. They are currently looking for an experienced Scheduler to be the driving force behind their project timelines, ensuring every job runs flawlessly from start to finish at their Guilford office. This is a newly created role for someone who thrives on structure, meticulous planning, and managing a diverse, fast-paced workload. The Role : Reporting into the Operations Manager, you will be the central point of contact for all project timelines. You will be instrumental in keeping all projects on track, on time, and within scope. Your duties will include : Developing and managing the daily / weekly schedule for crew across all active projects. Optimising crew and resource allocation to minimise downtime and ensure the efficient flow of labour and equipment. Serving as the primary liaison with subcontractors, confirming their availability and integrating their work into the master build plan. Proactively identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts related to trade clashes, material delivery, or personnel availability. Tracking daily progress against the schedule and communicating any deviations, delays, or required adjustments to relevant stakeholders The Benefits : A close-knit and supportive team environment. About You : Proven experience as a Scheduler, Service Coordinator or Project Coordinator, ideally within the construction or similar project-based industry.
