We are currently hiring a Product Manager, Strategic Ventures based in our Head Office in Burnaby. As the Product Manager, Strategic Ventures at BCAA, you’ll be at the forefront of driving growth for Evolve, BCAA’s innovative E-Bike and E-Scooter mobility product. You’ll operate within BCAA’s Strategic Ventures team, which functions as a corporate startup, blending the organizational resources of a not-for-profit with a fast-paced, entrepreneurial approach to innovation. This role is essential to BCAA’s vision, responsible for owning the Evolve product roadmap, translating data and industry insights into actionable features, and leading initiatives to enhance user experience. With a focus on collaboration and execution, you’ll work with both internal teams and external partners, maintaining a user-centric approach while supporting the operational improvements and long‑term strategic priorities that allow Evolve to scale sustainably. Who you are: You are an experienced product manager with a proven track record in bringing new products or features to market. You are strategic and data-oriented, skilled at turning insights and trends into actionable product requirements. You thrive in a collaborative, startup‑style environment, working cross‑functionally to support both product growth and operational efficiency. You are an excellent communicator, with a knack for refining complex ideas into compelling product value propositions. You have a deep understanding of B2B product management, product‑market fit, and go‑to‑market programs. What you’ll do: Own and maintain the Evolve product roadmap, working with internal and external stakeholders to align priorities and ensure high‑impact delivery. Develop and manage a system for capturing, documenting, and prioritizing prospective features, using insights, data, and market trends to drive decisions. Lead the development of new features and functionalities, working closely with third‑party SaaS providers and internal development teams to deliver product enhancements. Manage vendor relationships and engage industry experts to incorporate industry best practices, ensure competitive positioning, and continuously improve the Evolve product. Coordinate with cross‑functional teams, facilitating discussions, setting timelines, and adapting priorities as business needs evolve to maintain strong alignment. Analyze user and operational data to identify improvement opportunities, drilling down into the root cause of issues and proposing actionable solutions. Develop detailed business cases for new product features, illustrating the value and aligning them with BCAA’s strategic objectives. Oversee the successful execution of platform configurations, from planning to implementation, ensuring new features align with user expectations and business goals. Monitor platform performance, user experience, and third‑party platform roadmaps to stay informed of enhancements and anticipate impacts on BCAA’s priorities. What you bring: Diploma in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, with 3+ years of B2B product management experience, including go‑to‑market strategy and product‑market fit. Proven experience in managing a product roadmap and bringing new features to market. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Jira, SQL, and Power BI. Experience with data‑driven decision‑making and turning insights into actionable product improvements. Excellent communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners. Bonus Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field. Product management certification or other relevant credentials. Internal Applicants: Please note that the internal posting closes on November 10, 2025 , and the role is a Management Broadband position. The salary range for this position is $94,000 to $115,000 and is determined via job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, market demand and internal equity. In addition to base salary and BCAA benefits, this position is eligible for a performance bonus target of 12.5%, with the opportunity to earn up to 20%. Please note that this is a hybrid role based out of our Burnaby, BC office (3 on‑site / 2 remote days). Applicants who are not located within commuting distance of our Head Office or are not looking to relocate to the Greater Vancouver/Lower Mainland/Fraser Valley region will not be considered.
