About the role We are seeking a dynamic Cyber & Security Lead to strengthen our client’s IT environment and drive continuous improvement across cyber defence, security operations, risk management, and governance functions. We need a proactive, solutions‑focused leader who combines deep technical expertise with strong security governance capabilities. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain security policies Ensure alignment with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and CPS 230/234. Manage SIEM, EDR, MFA, & WAF solutions Oversee MSP-delivered services. Lead incident response, risk assessments, & vulnerability management. Coordinate security audits & deliver staff awareness programs. What You’ll Bring Broad cyber & information security experience Expertise across both technical operations & governance. Experience with SIEM, EDR, MFA, & WAF tools. Strong knowledge of MS365 Security, Azure, and AWS. Ability to manage incidents, audits, and risk assessments.
