Leadership Opportunity: Manage and mentor a team of WHS Advisors, driving performance and capability. What You’ll Do Provide expert WHS advice to executives and senior management. Lead incident investigations and implement effective risk mitigation strategies. Develop and roll out WHS programs, policies, and procedures that meet legislative requirements. Champion initiatives that foster a positive safety culture. Prepare high‑level reports, submissions, and recommendations for internal and external stakeholders. What We’re Looking For Proven WHS expertise with deep knowledge of WHS legislation and standards. Strong background in risk management and WHS systems implementation. Demonstrated leadership experience managing WHS teams and complex issues. Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills. Resilience and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment. Qualifications Mandatory: Certificate IV in WHS/OHS or relevant tertiary qualifications in WHS, risk management, health, or related field.
