We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Inbound Operations Supervisor to lead and assist our warehouse operations. The Inbound Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all inbound logistics activities, including receiving, put‑away, stock replenishment, and inventory accuracy within the warehouse. This role ensures that all incoming goods are processed efficiently, safely, and in alignment with W Cosmetics’ quality standards, operational timelines, and brand values. The Inbound Supervisor plays a key leadership role in driving daily performance, coordinating warehouse teams, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives that contribute to seamless warehouse operations and customer satisfaction. This role will be based at our new Enfield location and may require travel to our Head Office in Pyrmont. Key Responsibilities Inbound Operations Management Oversee daily inbound activities including unloading, checking, put‑away, and stock control. Coordinate inbound schedules with transport providers and suppliers to ensure efficient dock utilisation. Verify accuracy and condition of received goods against purchase orders and documentation. Manage the movement of inventory within the warehouse to ensure optimal space utilisation and accessibility. Ensure that all inbound activities are completed within set timelines and quality standards. Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse operators to achieve performance and safety targets. Conduct daily team briefings, allocate workloads, and monitor task completion. Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of team members. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date inventory records within the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical and system stock. Collaborate with Inventory Control and Procurement to ensure timely and accurate data flow. Identify opportunities to improve inbound workflows, storage methods, and material handling processes. Safety, Compliance & Housekeeping Ensure all inbound operations are conducted in line with WHS policies and procedures. Maintain a clean, organised, and hazard‑free work environment. Report and investigate any incidents, near misses, or hazards promptly. Ensure compliance with company, legal, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 3+ years’ experience in warehouse or logistics operations with exposure to inbound or receiving functions. Proven experience supervising or leading teams in a fast‑paced environment. Sound understanding of warehouse systems, inventory processes, and goods receipt procedures. Strong organisational, time management, and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Commitment to safety and continuous improvement. Certificate IV in Logistics, Warehousing, or equivalent qualification. Experience in cosmetics, retail, or FMCG logistics environment. Proficiency with WMS and ERP systems. Why Join Us?
