Veterinary Receptionist I My Pet Hub Townsville My Pet Hub Townsville is a multi-disciplinary facility with pet care offerings of Veterinary, Doggy Daycare, Cat Boarding, Feline Radioactive Iodine Treatment, Canine Rehabilitation & Hydrotherapy, and Grooming. Run by an experienced and motivated team, our aim is to provide excellent veterinary care with an emphasis on maintaining and improving our patient’s emotional health. ISFM Cat Friendly clinic accreditation and Low Stress/Fear Free patient handling skills are fundamental in ensuring we achieve this. While we are locally owned, we are also part of the Vet Partners community allowing us to offer the advantages of state-of-the-art education programs, employee wellbeing programs and reward programs, while still maintaining a focus on our own identity and local community relationships. Become a part of a supportive team. Responsibilities include: Contributing to the smooth day to day running of My Pet Hub by managing appointment bookings for all departments. Managing client enquiries via phone, email, social media, and face to face. Managing client and patient files. Daily banking & managing client payments. Varied administrative tasks.
