Veterinary Dermatology Specialists – Osborne Park WA Veterinary Nurse/Receptionist – Full-Time or Part-Time Veterinary Dermatology Specialists – Perth, WA Veterinary Dermatology Specialists (VDS) have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and compassionate professional to join our team as a Veterinary Nurse/Receptionist , in either a full-time or part-time capacity. About the Role This diverse position combines nursing and client care responsibilities, supporting our dermatologists and ensuring an exceptional experience for every patient and client. Nursing Responsibilities Assist dermatologists in consultations and provide nursing support Perform intradermal allergy testing and bee/wasp venom testing Support procedures including video–otoendoscopic ear flushes, CO₂ laser therapy, biopsies, and sample collection Deliver dermatological services such as light therapy, paw pad and nail care, and immunotherapy inductions Manage client communication and follow‑up care Participate in satellite clinics, extending dermatological care to regional areas Reception Responsibilities Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism Use Fear Free® techniques to create a calm and positive experience Manage client enquiries via phone, email, and in person Coordinate appointments, payments, and insurance claims Maintain accurate client and veterinary records Liaise effectively with colleagues, referring veterinarians, and clients to ensure seamless service delivery About You Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing and current WAVSB registration 4+ years of experience in general practice A genuine interest in the Fear Free® approach Excellent communication and organisational skills Computer literacy (training provided for EzyVet and related software) Why Join Us?
