We are seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at the Broome Veterinary Hospital, we seek a candidate who will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our veterinary practice. Past experience in a veterinary clinic is not a necessity, training will be provided on products and basic advice. Your role will be administrative veterinary nurses will always be available to support your role. What you'll be doing Greeting and welcoming clients and their pets in a warm and professional manner Scheduling and coordinating client appointments Handling client inquiries and booking procedures over the phone, email or in-person Maintaining accurate patient records and client files Assisting with the processing of payments and managing the clinic's financial transactions Performing general administrative duties to support the smooth running of the practice What we're looking for Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with clients Excellent organisational and time management skills with attention to detail Experience and basic understanding of computers and office software. Must have a love of animals and be familiar and comfortable with them. This is a permanent role and there is flexibility for part time or full-time hours.
