Sublime Care is looking for an additional Physiotherapist to join our Team and are keen to meet you In the past 3 months, our Allied Health Team has grown rapidly from 8 to 25 with another 5 due to join us by the end of January. We provide person-centred and holistic support services tailored to assist participants in living safely and comfortably at home by building capacity and giving them choice and control. What we are looking for At least 1 years experience in the field and registration with AHPRA Experience in Aged Care, or Private Practice Experience with outcome measures: DEMMI, PMS, TUG, 6mwt, VAS Experience in delivering services to geriatric and adult patients Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team Aged Care experience preferred but not a necessity Drivers licence and access to vehicle with comprehensive insurance What we offer All expenses paid Company Car Salary range $85,000-$110,000, dependent on experience + Super (Paid above award salary) In house Supervision provided by our Snr Physiotherapist ( with 10 years’ experience) Travel to clients within the local area only Autonomy to build a case load based on your skillset Flexible working conditions- Mon- Fri operating business hours Tech savvy company- new laptop and mobile phone provided About Us Established in 2019, we began with a small but dedicated team, united by a shared vision: to be a guiding light for people with disabilities, helping them navigate the complexities of the NDIS with ease.
