Director, Digital and Marketing

Department of Jobs, Skills, Industry and Regions (DJSIR) is seeking to appoint a Director, Digital and Marketing to join its team. This role leads several cross‑disciplinary divisional branches and is accountable for the overall direction and delivery of an innovative, high‑quality, and effective strategic communications function for all departmental groups. Responsibilities The department's communications policy, governance and advice; Delivery of media pipelines, communications strategy and issues management; Corporate communications support for DJSIR inclusive of internal, corporate and emergency communications; Providing selected communications services on a cost recovery basis. Qualifications Seasoned digital and marketing communications professional; Experience as a senior leader capable of leading a high‑performing team to deliver best practice across strategic communications; Senior Executive Service Level 1 (SES-1) position, Fixed Term up to 5 Years.
