Happy Hour Trolley Volunteer, HammondCare Braeside Hospital HammondCare Braeside Hospital offers rehab, palliative care and older persons mental health services. We're searching for someone to volunteer their time to make everyone's day by pushing a trolley with all kinds of sweet treats and drinks around. You'll bring joy to each person every time you enter the room. Your Impact Volunteering as a social visitor can be a rewarding experience, both for the person you visit as well as yourself. Regular visits from volunteers can help to improve quality of life and help people feel less isolated. HammondCare HammondCare is an independent Christian charity and we're passionate about improving the quality of life for people in need. We have a wonderful group of volunteers that partner with us to enhance the lives of people receiving care at Braeside Hospital. Category Health Commitment Regular - more than 6 months Type Of Work Companionship & Social Support Food Preparation & Service Seniors & Aged Care Time Required DAY ROLE: Monday, Wednesday or Sunday 12pm-1pm, or an AFTERNOON ROLE: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday 4-5pm. Training Training is provided as well as ongoing support by a local Volunteer Coordinator.
