Where indoors meets interaction, and outdoors meets inspiration. The service boasts purpose-built spaces fully aligned with the EYLF, offering endless resources for genuine play and sensory discovery. The Role As part of their leadership team, your responsibilities will include: Driving high-quality standards and ensuring consistent pedagogical practice across the entire team. Inspiring and mentoring a team of Teachers and Educators, fostering a collaborative partnership focused on delivering exceptional care and educational outcomes. Responsible for the efficient and effective day-to-day running and administration of the centre. Strategically analysing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify growth areas and drive service improvement. Fostering a constructive and engaging team environment that values respect and collaboration. Demonstrating strong leadership skills and have the ability to contribute effectively to a team environment by providing support to all staff as required. About You To be successful in this position, you must have: Diploma or Bachelors of Early Childhood Education OR ACECQA-approved Minimum 2-3 years prior experience as a Centre Director OR 2IC Current First Aid and CPR Certificate Current Anaphylaxis and Asthma Manager Current Working with Children Check Recent Child Protection/Safeguarding training Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS and QIP Not for you?
