Subdivision Certifier

The Opportunity Due to continued growth, we’re seeking an experienced Subdivision Certifier to join the team. You will play a key role in assessing and approving subdivision works, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks. Key Responsibilities Assess subdivision applications and issue Subdivision Works Certificates and Subdivision Certificates. Review engineering plans, drainage designs, infrastructure layouts and related technical documentation. Undertake site inspections to verify compliance with approved plans and legislative requirements. Liaise with surveyors, engineers, councils, developers and builders to resolve issues promptly. Ensure all projects meet statutory requirements under relevant NSW legislation and guidelines. Maintain accurate documentation, records and certification files. Provide clear, practical advice to clients and internal stakeholders. About You Experience working in subdivision certification, engineering approvals or a related regulatory role. Registered Subdivision Certifier in NSW Strong understanding of subdivision processes, relevant NSW legislation and technical standards. Confidence reviewing engineering drawings and interpreting technical reports. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive industry relationships. Strong attention to detail and a solutions‑focused approach. Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
