Job Type: Contract position | Full time position Position: English language Course Developer Start Date: July 2026 Location: Laverton, Melbourne Remuneration: $50 per hour plus superannuation. MMM is seeking skilled course developers to design and adapt English and other language programs for multicultural adult learners. Role Details: Full time, onsite position, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (one hour meal break). Four terms per year, aligned with Victorian school terms. All development tools and materials provided. Key Responsibilities Design curriculum and course materials for English and other language programs. Ensure courses meet adult learning principles and cultural inclusivity standards. Collaborate with teachers to refine delivery methods and assessment tools. Requirements Qualifications in language education, curriculum design, or instructional design. Demonstrated experience in developing language courses for adult learners. Fluent in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Familiarity with classroom based delivery and adult learning pedagogy.
