About JMac JMac Constructions is the landscaping and building division of privately-owned national construction company, BMD, a fully integrated civil infrastructure group with over 45 years' experience. JMac specialises in all aspects of landscape construction including residential, commercial, industrial, public infrastructure, environmental rehabilitation and long-term care and maintenance. JMac operates a flat management structure which results in quick and effective decision making and close interaction with senior leadership. About The Role You will work closely with Foreman to monitor and drive construction progress to program and in line with drawings, specifications and health, safety, environment and quality requirements. With safety our highest priority, you will play a primary role in championing a safe working environment with a Zero Harm approach and ensure superior delivery of our projects. Lead a high performing team in the delivery of public and private construction projects. Work alongside the industry\'s top performers to deliver quality projects for local councils and developers. To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Need An understanding of OHS and environmental requirements. Proven ability to motivate and drive team culture focused on delivery of client objectives. People and performance management skills of labour, subcontractors and suppliers to drive high performing teams. Demonstrated industry experience as a site supervisor in commercial scale landscaping. Attention to detail. Previous relevant experience working on hardscape / softscape projects is strongly desired.
