Position Summary We are looking for a skilled SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Developer to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SailPoint IIQ solutions to help ensure secure and compliant access to enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ workflows, rules, connectors, and policies. Customize IdentityIQ components to support business requirements (e.g., provisioning, lifecycle events, certification, compliance). Integrate IIQ with various enterprise systems, including Active Directory, Entra ID LDAP, databases, and cloud applications. Work on application onboarding and connector development. Configure roles, policies, and access reviews in IIQ. Troubleshoot and resolve IIQ issues and errors. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (security, infrastructure, application owners). Create and maintain system documentation, technical specifications, and architecture diagrams. Stay up to date with SailPoint best practices, upgrades, and emerging IAM trends. Required Skills and Qualifications 5+ years of hands‑on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ development and administration. Strong knowledge of Java, BeanShell, XML, REST/SOAP APIs. Experience with SailPoint IIQ features: provisioning, identity lifecycle management, workflows, certification, and policies. Experience with directory services (e.g., Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP). Familiarity with databases and SQL (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL). Understanding of IAM concepts: RBAC, ABAC, SOD, provisioning/de‑provisioning, and access governance. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and SaaS integration is a plus. Strong problem‑solving and debugging skills. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications SailPoint IdentityIQ certification. Experience in migrating from other IAM solutions to SailPoint and integration of SailPoint with multiple end points. Knowledge of IT security, regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX, GDPR), and audit requirements. Agile/Scrum experience.
