Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions for enterprise clients Configure workflows, rules, and connectors within the IIQ platform Develop custom connectors and integrate with various enterprise applications Support our Identity Modernisation and Application Onboarding services Troubleshoot and resolve complex identity governance issues Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Support user access reviews, provisioning, and compliance reporting Requirements 3+ years hands‑on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ development Strong knowledge of IIQ architecture, workflows, and rule development Experience with Java, BeanShell scripting, and XML configuration Understanding of identity governance concepts (RBAC, provisioning, certification) Experience with database queries (SQL) and web services integration Ability to start immediately or within short notice Strong communication skills for client-facing work Preferred Skills SailPoint certifications (IdentityIQ Engineer/Architect) Experience with LDAP, Active Directory, and HR systems integration Knowledge of other IAM tools and technologies Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, education, government, finance) Cloud identity management experience Expert Environment: Work alongside Australia's leading identity specialists who live and breathe IGA/AM technologies Diverse Projects: Exposure to complex identity challenges across healthcare, education, government and enterprise sectors Professional Growth: Access to our deep expertise in Identity Modernisation, Application Onboarding, and Identity Synergy+ methodologies Industry Recognition: Join a team known for delivering the most appropriate solutions that meet specific business requirements Continuous Learning: Stay at the forefront of identity security trends and technologies Client Diversity: Work with leading organizations across multiple industry verticals Innovation Focus: Contribute to streamlined processes and rapid onboarding methodologies Location: Sydney Start Date: ASAP Client: Tier‑1 enterprise organisation Must be able to work in Australia without sponsorship About This Opportunity This role will see you working on a critical identity modernisation project for one of our key enterprise customers.
