Sales Consultant – Thompson Motor Group Echuca Join a well-established, family-owned dealership group representing Nissan, GWM, KGM, and Suzuki in the heart of Echuca. Thompson Motor Group is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team. About the Role This is a full-time position working across all brands and vehicle types — new and used. You’ll be responsible for all aspects of the sales process, from customer enquiry to delivery, including: Building relationships with customers and understanding their vehicle needs Conducting test drives and presenting vehicle features Managing leads and follow-ups through our CRM system Assisting with basic marketing activities Delivering an exceptional experience that reflects our family business values You’ll report directly to the General Sales Manager and work Monday to Friday, plus Saturday mornings (with one Saturday a month off). About You We’re looking for someone who: Brings enthusiasm and a genuine interest in helping customers find the right vehicle Communicates clearly and confidently, with strong customer service skills Is comfortable using a PC and multiple software programs Holds a current Australian Driver’s Licence and can provide a clear police check Previous automotive experience is welcome but not essential — if you have the right attitude and willingness to learn, we’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
