Annual salary – $133,419.00. You will work closely with the Residential Manager to provide clinical leadership and oversee the delivery of high‑quality care to future residents. Requirements Ideally 2+ years experience as a Clinical Manager or similar in a large aged care environment. Excellent and up‑to‑date clinical knowledge and assessment skills. Experience in staff supervision and development. Working knowledge of funding and accreditation processes. Knowledge of care planning. Empathy, communication, leadership, teamwork, continuous improvement, whole‑person awareness, time‑management, tech proficiency, and clinical thinking. Essential Requirements National Police Check within last 12 months. RN qualification with AHPRA registration – current, unrestricted.
