About the Role As the welcoming face of our clinic, you’ll support clients, clinicians, and day-to-day operations to ensure everything runs smoothly. Key Responsibilities Delivering outstanding client service with warmth and professionalism Managing appointments, clinician schedules, and clinic flow Handling payments, invoicing, and Medicare billing Coordinating referrals and client enquiries Leading and mentoring admin team members Ensuring compliance, confidentiality, and seamless communication About You You’re organised, compassionate, and confident — someone who keeps calm under pressure and supports a positive team culture.
