About the Role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery across various high-profile and critical Australian Defence programs. Working closely with technical engineering teams and support functions, you will ensure the delivery of L3Harris solutions, in line with our customer’s specifications, budget & timeframe requirements. Reporting to regional program directors, your activities will focus on driving the required activity at every stage of the project lifecycle. Day-to-day your tasks may include but not be limited to: coordinating project milestones to align with available resources, measuring team performance against pre-established schedules & budgets, financial reporting for executive review, assisting with bids & proposals and identifying continuous improvement opportunities for future investigation and implementation.
