Senior Associate - Intellectual Property Disputes We now have a rare opportunity for an experienced Senior Associate to join our market‑leading Intellectual Property team, based in Sydney. In this role, you will primarily focus on intellectual property disputes, with a particular focus on trade marks, copyright and designs. You will also support general commercial litigation matters from time to time. This is an excellent opportunity to refine your specialist skills in intellectual property, whilst building your brand alongside experienced and well‑respected industry experts. You will play a role in developing and mentoring junior lawyers and graduates, helping to shape the future of the practice. Skills & Experience Minimum of 5 years’ post‑admission experience, with demonstrated time spent in a Senior Associate capacity in a leading commercial law firm. Well‑developed litigation and dispute resolution experience, with a focus on intellectual property disputes. A sound knowledge of trade mark law and practice. Excellent academic record. Ability to drive matters forward with initiative, efficiently managing both up and down. Positive, team‑player attitude with a desire to collaborate with others.
