Job details Salary: $36.00 hourly / 35 hours per week Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time Work setting Relocation costs not covered by the employer Responsibilities Compile orders and instructions from customers Oversee operational logistics of the organization Plan and organize operational logistics Revise type and quantity of materials required for production, construction and other projects Track and complete work orders Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments Monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments Prepare and submit reports Co-ordinate activities with warehouse and production units Co-ordinate traffic flow of supplies Consult with production supervisor to schedule production runs in a cost- and time-efficient manner Estimate type and quantity of materials and labour required for production, construction and other projects Monitor production progress Prepare and maintain progress and other reports Project management Provide customer service Train workers in duties and policies Conduct performance reviews Co-ordinate, assign and review work Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies Organize and maintain inventory Supervision Manages 11-15 people Work conditions and physical capabilities Ability to work independently Fast-paced environment Work under pressure Can lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) Personal suitability Client focus Organized Reliability Accuracy Judgement Employment groups (EEO statement) This employer promotes equal employment opportunities for all job applicants, including those self-identifying as a member of these groups: Support for newcomers and refugees Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees Who can apply for this job?
