Role Description We are seeking a Full-Time Retail Assistant to join our Melbourne Pop-Up as Second in Charge (2IC), supporting the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations. This is a full-time, fixed-term position running from December 2025 to March 2026 for the duration of the Pop-Up. The Second in Charge (2IC) plays a key role in supporting the Store Manager and leading the team to deliver a refined, elevated in-store experience. You’ll help drive sales, maintain strong floor presence, and ensure every customer feels genuinely seen, valued, and inspired. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Store Manager to support day-to-day operations, motivate and guide the team, assist with training and onboarding, and ensure the store runs efficiently. You’ll assist with opening and closing procedures, contribute to visual merchandising, and help maintain consistency across all brand touch points. With a hands-on approach and a strong eye for detail, you’ll bring the Mode Mischief vision to life through service, presentation, and team culture.
