About the Role We are seeking a detail‑oriented Analyst to support a strategic records‑management uplift program across the organisation. In this execution‑focused role, you will work closely with business owners, system teams, and the Records Management Manager to assess risks, discover retention‑relevant data, draft retention rules, document business requirements, and support the implementation of compliant records treatments. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical capability, excellent documentation skills, and the confidence to engage stakeholders across both business and technical environments. Key Responsibilities Risk and Data Assessments: Conduct records risk assessments, gather evidence, analyse findings, and prepare reports. Retention and Data Discovery: Identify and document retention‑relevant data sources, analyse usage, draft retention rules, and maintain the DDRP Schedule. Requirements and Documentation: Capture clear business requirements for system treatments and produce process documentation, runbooks, and user guides. Workshops and Assessments: Prepare and facilitate workshops, capturing outcomes and action items for treatment planning. Implementation Support: Provide SME input during implementation, support configuration and UAT, and help resolve issues with business and technical teams. Operational Scheduling and Reporting: Manage treatment due‑date schedules, collate evidence, and produce operational reports, dashboards, and metrics on retention compliance and data quality. Qualifications Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. Experience working with data, systems, or information governance processes. Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with business and technical stakeholders. Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
