Your Role Will Involve: Undertaking boundary surveys and cadastral work to support residential and subdivision projects. Lodging and managing subdivision applications via SPEAR. Providing technical advice to builders, developers, and internal geotechnical staff. Reviewing and signing off plans in line with Surveying Act and Victorian regulations. Mentoring and assisting graduate/junior surveyors. What We’re Looking For: Current registration as a Licensed Surveyor in VIC (or reciprocal rights from interstate). 5+ years of experience in cadastral surveying (residential and land development preferred).> Strong knowledge of subdivision processes and the SPEAR system. Competence in CAD/Survey software (Trimble Business Centre, AutoCAD, etc.). Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills. Valid White Card and Driver’s Licence.
