Responsibilities Drive Strategic Governance: Coordinate and deliver the Group’s Technology Risk Forum activities, including agenda design, pack development, and insightful minute‑taking that shapes executive decision‑making. Elevate Risk Culture: Champion initiatives that uplift risk culture, embedding best practices and fostering a proactive, action‑oriented mindset across the organisation. Deliver Impactful Reporting: Prepare and present data‑driven, actionable risk insights for senior forums (e.g., Board Risk Committee, Technology Transformation Committee). Lead Regulatory Engagement: Orchestrate internal and external audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory submissions—ensuring our technology risk posture meets and anticipates regulatory expectations. Shape the Risk Strategy: Contribute to the annual review and evolution of the Technology Board Risk Appetite Statement and Risk Management Framework, aligning them with our strategic ambitions and regulatory landscape. Build Collaborative Partnerships: Engage with senior managers and risk teams to strengthen governance, drive compliance, and deliver outcomes that matter. Qualifications Proven experience in technology or operational risk, ideally within Australian financial services. A strategic mindset and understanding of risk governance, analytics, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., APRA Prudential Standards). Demonstrated ability to coordinate audits, regulatory engagements, and cultural change initiatives. The confidence to work with senior stakeholders, juggle competing priorities, and deliver results in a dynamic environment. Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (financial services, IT, business) are highly regarded. Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, energised by solving complex problems and influencing outcomes at the highest levels. Why Join Us?
