About the Role Serve as the strategic Secretariat for the Technology Risk Forum, setting agenda, crafting high‑impact packs, capturing decisions, engaging C‑suite and Board stakeholders. Design governance frameworks, driving maturity and oversight. Create data‑driven risk reporting for senior forums. Advise leadership with forward‑looking risk recommendations. Oversee annual reviews of RAS and RMF. Champion risk culture transformation. Coordinate technology audits, compliance reviews and regulatory submissions. Build influential stakeholder relationships. Responsibilities Strategic Secretariat for Technology Risk Forum. Drive evolution of governance frameworks. Deliver sophisticated risk reporting. Advise executive leadership with recommendations. Oversee annual reviews of Technology Board RAS and RMF. Champion risk culture transformation. Direct coordination of technology audits and compliance reviews. Forge relationships with stakeholders. Qualifications & Experience Senior experience in technology and operational risk within Australian financial services. Deep expertise in risk governance, analytics, and regulatory compliance. Track record shaping risk culture and leading audit/assurance programs. Ability to engage senior management. Exceptional communication to convey complex concepts. Advanced knowledge of APRA prudential standards (CPS230, CPS220). Postgraduate qualification such as CRISC, CGEIT, CISA, COBIT highly regarded. Location Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne.
