This role requires a seven‑day rotating schedule, encompassing morning, evening and night shifts. Responsibilities Provide patient‑centred nursing care to medical patients in Ward 4C. Collaborate with registered nurses and the multidisciplinary team to plan and review patient care. Participate in continuous improvement projects and evaluate outcomes. Critically appraise new clinical situations and plan safe, appropriate care in consultation with senior nursing staff. Adhere to audit and compliance requirements and maintain accurate patient documentation. Qualifications & Selection Criteria Registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Completed medication endorsement and authorised to practice within the scope of Enrolled Nursing. Demonstrated recent clinical experience in an acute care and/or hospital setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work within a harmonious collaborative team. Experience in participating in improvement projects using sound planning and evaluation of outcomes. Ability to critically appraise new clinical situations and plan safe, appropriate patient care in consultation with the Registered Nurse and multidisciplinary team. Pre‑Employment Conditions Australian citizenship or permanent residence, or a visa with unlimited rights to work in Australia. Successful completion of pre‑employment checks, including reference checks, work rights, criminal history check, WWCC, and immunisation evidence as required for the role. Compensation & Benefits Hourly remuneration: $32.79 to $35.63 per hour (+ super, annual leave loading). Up to $2,000 relocation incentive available by negotiation. Salary packaging up to $15,900 (previously capped at $9,010) to maximize take‑home pay. Health insurance and technology product discounts.
