Job Description We’re searching for a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Care & Operations Coordinator to join the team. You’ll be providing support to our customers predominantly via email and will be responsible for providing incredible customer service. Responsibilities Providing exceptional customer service via email & live chat Fulfilment of ecommerce orders Process exchanges and returns Assist with stocktake and unpacking deliveries Requirements 2+ years customer service experience, across retail, ecommerce or a similar customer service position Genuine care for customers, and desire to provide exceptional service Skilled problem solver Ability to work well autonomously and be adaptable Excellent written and verbal communication skills Passion for the outdoors and alignment with our brand mission Why Join Amble Friendly, fun, and encouraging culture where your opinion is valued Growth and development opportunities Work in a sustainable, woman‑led small business Free product, and discounts for family & friends Central Richmond location, accessible via public transport Approximately 25hrs/wk, across 4-5 days (Monday to Friday only). This role is well suited for a parent returning to work and looking for flexibility within school hours, or someone looking to step up from a retail based customer service position. We are happy to tailor the role to suit the right person, however this role is an in‑person role and cannot work from home. This role is to commence late Jan/early Feb.
