About the Role
We currently have an exciting opportunity for the role of Clinical Funding Officer to assist in the management and coordination of all activities and documentation relating to AN-ACC funding at our Arcare working across our residences at Maroochydore and Peregian Springs. The Clinical Funding Officer will assist in facilitating AN-SVV assessments, completing resident documentation, identifying opportunities for AN-ACC uplift always ensuring accuracy and best practice.

Skills and Experience
The successful candidate for this position will be a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse and will have:
Demonstrated high level of clinical assessment skills
Strong Leadership skills with exceptional Communication
A current AHPRA registration
Great documentation practice
Great understanding of care planning, goal setting and evaluation documentation
Demonstrated strong customer service ethos and commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Current NDIS Workers screening clearance
Current FLU & COVID vaccination is highly encouraged.
