This role is ideal for a mature, organised, and client‑focused professional who enjoys managing people, processes, and presentation within a boutique medical aesthetics environment. You will oversee daily clinic operations, support patients throughout their treatment journey, and ensure a smooth, professional, and welcoming experience for every client. Work Hours Days: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Hours: 24–30 hours per week (by negotiation and dependent on skills) Key Responsibilities Manage daily clinic operations, including patient bookings, liaison, and inventory management. Provide pre‑ and post‑treatment support, including preparation, post‑care, and clinical photography. Handle phone, email, and in‑person enquiries with professionalism and empathy. Oversee front desk operations and maintain the clinic’s presentation to the highest standard. Support clinical staff with scheduling, coordination, and administrative tasks. Assist with promotional and marketing activities, including social media (Canva, Mailchimp, Instagram, Facebook). Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all clinic procedures and privacy standards. Essential Criteria Proven experience in the beauty, medical aesthetics, or wellness industry , including reception or coordination roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine focus on patient care. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment. Experience in social media marketing or content creation (Canva, Mailchimp, Instagram, Facebook). Demonstrated experience with promotional and social media. High computer literacy, with experience in Timely, Excel, GDrive, and Medicare systems . Professional presentation, discretion, and reliability. Ability to work independently, showing initiative and ownership of the clinic’s operations and aesthetic. You must be able to work late nights 9am – 7pm when required. Highly Desirable Qualifications or experience in Dermal Therapy . Leadership or mentoring experience.
