The Bachmayer Orthodontic Clinic is a well‑established, specialist‑led practice with a strong reputation for delivering world‑class orthodontic treatment and personalised patient care. With two modern clinics in Norwest and Tallawong , we combine experience, innovation and a family centred approach to ensure every patient feels supported from their very first consultation. About the Role As a Treatment Coordinator , you will be one of the most important touchpoints for new and existing patients, guiding families through their orthodontic journey with care, clarity and professionalism. The role blends patient coordination, treatment support, communication and financial discussions. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and their families. Present and discuss treatment plans, benefits, and option clearly. Schedule appointments. Handle phone and email enquiries. Create a warm, welcoming and supportive first impression. Support patients during their initial consultation experience. Discuss treatment fees and payment plan options. Who We’re Looking For Positive, enthusiastic and compassionate in nature. Sales or customer facing experience (dental background preferred). Outstanding communication and relationship‑building skills. Strong verbal and written skill, with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Professional presentation and reliability. Confidence working in a fast‑paced, patient‑focused environment.
