If you’re a genuine people person, with fantastic communication and customer service skills – we would love to hear from you What you will do Follow the Orthodontist's recommendations and discuss treatment plans with patients Confidently answer any enquiries and ensure patients have a positive experience Assist with tasks including photographing teeth and building patient files Build rapport and positive relationships with patients Discuss payments plans and financial options in a professional manner Draw up quotes and create contracts based on the Orthodontist's instructions. What you will bring You have previous experience in a sales or customer facing role Warm, engaging communicator who quickly builds rapport with customers Must have access to your own car and be happy travelling to multiple practices Self-motivated and driven to learn new skills Any Dental or Orthodontic experience would be a bonus What's in it for you?
