Treatment Coordinator

Introduction Collins Street Orthodontics, in conjunction with Collins Street Specialist Centre, located in the iconic Manchester Unity Building overlooking Melbourne's skyline, is looking for a Treatment Coordinator to join our multidisciplinary team of 60 practitioners, including 20 board‑registered specialists in oral surgery, endodontics, orthodontics, periodontics and prosthodontics. We focus on delivering the highest quality of service and care in a fast‑paced environment. Duties Consult with new patients to discuss treatment options and payment plans. Provide information and customer service to the general public. Coordinate patients’ treatment, including referrals to general and specialist dentists. Work closely with our Specialist Orthodontists and general practitioners. Draft orthodontic contracts and record payments. Oversee the new patient experience, follow up and drive treatment starts. Report on all aspects of the program. Qualifications Willingness to learn – on‑the‑job training provided. Sales or administration background is essential. Experience in orthodontics (dental nurse or receptionist) desirable. Passion for making people smile. Strong written and verbal communication skills and initiative. Motivation to take ownership and improve the role. Ability to prioritise time, multitask and use common knowledge. Experience with Orthotrac and D4W desirable.
