Your role is essential in helping patients understand and commit to treatment that supports not just their smile, but their overall health and longevity. About the role As our treatment coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in creating a seamless, supportive patient experience. You'll be the bridge between our integrative clinicians and the patients who rely on us for clarity, reassurance, and a personalised path to better health. This is a meaningful role where you help patients improve not just their smile - but their overall wellbeing Your responsibilities Build strong trusting connections with patients seeking integrative dental solutions Explain how integrative care supports whole body health Discuss financial options, and scheduling Follow up with leads and guide patients towards treatment acceptance Support clinical team with proactive, solution‑focused approach Ensure accurate and timely documentation About you Exceptional communicator with natural warmth and strong interpersonal skills Background in sales, treatment coordination, health or customer care Ability to explain holistic or integrative healthcare concepts in a patient-friendly way Strong organisational skills and confidence managing follow ups Compassionate, motivated and driven to help patients make informed health decisions Passionate about wellness and whole person dentistry Keen to advance your knowledge About ISmile Studio This company does not have any further information provided at this time.
