As an in-house lawyer, you'll be an integral part of their close-knit legal team, working alongside experienced professionals who are passionate about commercial property law.Your new roleIn your role as Inhouse Lawyer you will work closely with the Head of Legal and will handle a diverse range of high-value property transactions, including acquisitions, sales, and leasing agreements. You will be involved in contract negotiations: drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts related to commercial properties and providing legal advice to mitigate risks associated with property investments.What you'll need to succeedYou will hold a valid Australian legal practicing certicate and have experience in commercial property law. You will be someone who thrives in a small team-oriented environment and enjoys working closely with colleagues.Your meticulous approach ensures accuracy, and you're adept at finding creative solutions to complex legal challenges and have a genuine interest in commercial property and real estate matters.
