Responsibilities Building a pipeline of lending leads. Keeping track of and nurturing these relationships throughout their buying journey using our CRM. Guiding customers through the lending process, giving them peace of mind that we’re here to help them achieve their goals. Leveraging your credit analysis expertise and understanding of customer needs ensuring positive lending outcomes for all and to future ready your customers for financial success. High level of understanding of lending products, policies and regulations. An ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues quickly, assess their needs and a develop a holistic view of their situation. Highly developed credit analysis skills.
